A two member BOD is just wrong!

So by the same token that Steve cannot be forcefully removed from office without unanimous board consent.... How can any type of action be brought in relationship to Collins.

In short... it takes two to tango and these two ain't dancing...impasse until such time as force of law occurs to enjoin one of the two parties thus empowering the other to act!
