I would not call the market reaction a bad one at all.  What was bad was that VDMN put it's foot on ICPA's neck all day.  I don't say the market reaction was bad because when VDMN shows up it's not usually retail IMO.  Whether it was dilution or a block or anything else VDMN absorbed buying pressure that would have closed us comfortably green today.  It's disheartening, but we saw no panic selling and buyers still bought what was offered.   That's just my 1.9 cents so take it with a bag of salt.
