This is stuck in the mud. I think i am done with icpa for a while. I can check back in beginning of august and see if it broke itself out of the mud by then. I have a feeling there will be a concerted effort to drag this pps to low 1s or subpenny next week. I am just gonna set a buy order at subpenny and forget about this stock for a while. Those news were huge as far as i am concerned and yet the market reaction was bad.
