Ann, the by laws where filed a few years ago and can be found on the sec.gov website. There was no 8k because we never had a board meeting where I resigned as CEO and we voted JC in as CEO. He is not the CEO. This is a simple fact. Calling himself CEO publicly in this unofficial release is an example of the issues the board of advisors and I are having with JC. Our attorneys are now dealing with his actions and we will have this resolved shortly. We are disappointed and astonished by the actions of JC.

All of the assets of Punch TV remain the property of IC Punch Media Inc. this will not change and our commitment to build a profitable TV network remains in place with or without JC.
