What is the 'corporate structure' issue?

Where is the 8k, if in fact, JC is now CEO? -- until things are 8k'd, they are not true.  If they are true, without an 8k, somebody is in trouble!

Where are the bylaws -- which if not filed with the SEC, should at a minimum be posted on the website (then again, JC's PR wasn't even posted on the website!!!!!! so what am I thinking?!) or sent to shareholders upon request.  I AM REQUESTING.  THANK YOU.

What exactly is the SEC supposed to be looking into?  What is the official complaint?
