SEC conducts any investigation privately for protection of the public's interest as in the case of the complaint is false at the beginning , they will just dismiss the case quietly as if nothing ever happened. Well, JC's logic is totally different, for the best interest of his stock holders, he thinks he needs to issue a PR about his filling with SEC against the company's CEO ( or former CEO according to him) and then he needs to issue a public notice about it on company's website and stock message boards. Oh, well, he's certainly very "transparent" to public, but for some reason, he just forgot to tell the shareholders when and how he becomes the CEO of the company now.
