Yes, you are right, none of us will know if an investigation is occuring.  There isn't even a complaint list to verify that a complaint was filed!

I don't think anyone is claiming anything about numbers being fudged.  At least that is not what has been stated.  Seems to be a 'corporate structure' issue and in the absense of details on that, many of us are assuming it has to do with who is the CEO.  None of us know that for sure.  We don't really know what the problem is that JC has with Samblis.  And therefore, we cannot judge it's validity.  All of us, including you, can only speculate.

I am open to seeing details and more information.  All I can do is ask for it.  I can't produce it for myself.
