Honestly, when people see the acronym SEC they get spooked! I however think that the SEC will probably laugh at this and advise these two to sit down over a cup of coffe or something and come to a resolution on who should be the CEO. That s if this is all this is about. I don't plan on selling just to recoup maybe 20% of my invesment? No way! This may not fall as far as people are saying it will, IMO. Don't get me wrong, there may be a decrease in pps, but I think it will be short lived and will bounce back to at least it's current level. There are still people willing to buy here at the right price.
