Mr. Lion Warrior, greetings, since you are now the acting CEO of IC Punch Media Inc., I would like to make a couple suggestions that would help mitigate some of the damage done against the shareholders:
1. Please start by reducing the authorized share count back near to realistic levels, and/or
2. Please consider allowing CDFT to acquire this company in exchange for Anti Dilutive Class D Preferred Convertible shares for the shareholders, since CDFT is about to do a 2nd public offering and is uplisting to the NYSE Alternext.
