I have no idea what is going on. Perhaps JC thought he WAS issuing a PR when he submitted that message that was picked up on the Before It's News site. Who knows what his knowledge level is about submitting legal documents?

That is why nothing is official, until it's official. And, at this point in the game, speculation and opinion are killers. Everyone is playing the card that best suits their own hand.
