If the board did vote Steve out as ceo and elected Mr Collins as the new ceo, shouldn't they issue a pr or file 8k to let share holders know about the management changes? The public knows the change only from a sec complaint pr from the new ceo to the old ceo? Isn't that just a bit odd?
