JPC....I think the point is Elite doesn't even need to focus on Phase III and a partner right now.....may come down the road it may not.....but for Elite to do a small BE study with its ART and put out a product that garners Elite the same or possibly even more money than Eli 216.....they don't have to partner with anyone....they have the goods to go it alone.....I'm not saying they wouldn't be smart to partner for Eli 216 Phase III.....but to get a single ART product out on a BE study....Elite may blow up and bring in enough Cash....that a partner becomes a mute point. Then we would be talking about getting bought out!!
