I would hope so but the FDA moves so slow.  I wish I knew the process of drug approvals better especially when it comes to these small studies.  With all the hype surrounding these drugs needing ART one has to believe the FDA would move faster on approving ELTP's ART drug(s).  It would be a win win situation for not only ELTP but the FDA.  It would show that the FDA is serious about this epidemic and will do w/e it takes to get it under control.

Lets hope that the loan that JT provided helped start one of these studies.  It would be a huge gain for ELTP to get just one ART drug approved and launched by the end of the this year.  I've always had the idea that ELTP should go thru P3 alone and not partner up with a big pharma but I've totally changed my mind. Looking at PTIE they have no products and they are sitting at $3.00+ only because they received a nice cash infusion from PFE to help with their own ART drug.  There is no reason that ELTP couldn't hit that PPS with a large pharma partner.
