Mayhem, I do remember a CEO forced to repay shareholders.  However, I don't remember the exact company or CEO any more.  It does happen, but rarely.  I am told this area of the market is run by the  mafia and organized crime families.  I don't know if this this true, but the more one reads about what is going on, the more it appears likely.
