Good questions Lumberg, and I second your suggestions.  This investigation does seem more wide ranging that others, and may look at every single company William is involved in, but don't hold your breath on serious repayment to shareholders.  I am certain Lieberman will fight this all the way, and in the end, he will claim he is just a poor and misunderstood person working hard for shareholder value.  They just won't be able to find that 100 million dollars plus.  The poor guy worked for nothing, and he was brilliant and honorable all the way (to the bank).
