It is my understanding that you cannot get paid in stock in a public company unless the deal is disclosed for the public to see. Have I misunderstood that? Looking at past financials, I do not see any payment in stock. The court docs say exactly how much he was paid and how much he was not paid. Could it be that up to a point, he believed in this company and all of a sudden decided he was wrong?
We know about a lawsuit filed by Humphries in Texas and another filed by Walters in Texas. According to pacer, they used different lawyers for each. Wonder why? Did those guys get paid?
