It seems like a lot of money he is asking for so maybe he will try again but I hope not. I also do not understand why it is so much money, it seems like he was never paid at all for years for it to be that much. But he was our CLO, right? How did we keep him as CLO if he was never paid? Did he maybe get paid in stock and now that it has gone down he needs money? But why wait so long to get paid? And if he wasn't getting paid all that time then where did all that other money go that was supposed to be for professional fees? It does not make any sense to me.
