Yoda, I like to think that we will get news this week.  It would be good timing for the PPS to go up and then Tom could start diluting those new shares at a higher value.  I do see the raise in the A/S to be in preparation for a significant rise in PPS well before any dumping is done.  I am really confused on the 10K and if we do not see it by May we might as well have been lied too by Tom.  RFMK has a ton of potential and we have just endured a massive sell-off consolidation and accumulation at the lows, now the trend is turning and I think that news will be timed for the next swing.  Tom's carrots are rotten by now, so the next PR needs to be BIG to really get the volume rolling.
