So the battle raged on yesterday. Are there shorts or are there not. Each day more and more companies are fighting back and the SEC is scared to death. Used to be a job at the SEC was a stepping stone to a really cushy position with some wall street firm. Each day they are getting closer to the unimaginable. Ameriturd has been sighted for placing markers and has been fined. One judge is tired of the slap on the wrist crap and is moving toward forcing these people to admit their wrongs.

When I started buying TelVue I was all there was. It took two years before the next investor found us. When you buy 10,000 shares for $200.00 and the total volume for the day is 10,000 it's easy to find out who has what. 15 years of this tells me we have many, many shorts.
