It is so much simpler than anyone thinks. It boils down to two phrases.
PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A STOCK THAT IS GOING DOWN.
PEOPLE BUY A STOCK THAT IS GOING UP AND RUN TO TELL THEIR FRIENDS.
If I happen to be an off shore hedge fund stocked full of cash I have stolen from senile citizens over the years I can control your mind and any stock I want. I can buy shares at $10.00 and sell them for $5.00 just to take a stock down and make you sell. Don't say you buy when it goes down. You don't. Don't say you don't get excited when it goes up and try to buy more. You do. Your mind belongs to shorty.
