I agree Jeff, he will uplist unless the big boys make him an offer for the whole company that he cannot refuse. But there is no realistic way to price the whole company... Yet.

Just one Licensing agreement should bring enough revenue to boost the SP and make us eligible to uplist. Its why I have my eye on BoD appointments as a "signal event."
