Believe me, Leo will be up-listing CTIX the first chance he gets. CTIX needs some news and momentum to get the share price moving. CTIX will not be taken seriously by large investors/institutions until it gets on a real exchange. Great news may move this fast and furious, but he will be up-listing.....
