Kgem: I appreciate your perceptive post, especially when you spell out what the major accomplishments are most likely to be: "what makes the most sense is the really big things like the completed study and the granting of logging concessions in Brazil . The study is needed before concessions are granted, and with the first logging concession comes orders and funding. HIMR is quite literally on the launch pad" (my emphases).
I see no good reason for doubting that both these accomplishments can actually be achieved. There is risk involved, of course, but what counts for a low triple zero stock like this is that the possible reward is far greater.
