I agree alj14.  And, when you think about what those two major accomplishments might be, what makes the most sense is the really big things like the completed study and the granting of logging concessions in Brazil.  The study is needed before concessions are granted, and with the first logging concession comes orders and funding.   HIMR is quite literally on the launch pad.

To give an idea of how rapidly HIMR might develop, and how quickly.  Just research Aquatic Cellulose (AQCI), Hollund's predecessor.  The first quarter of operation, AQCI already had millions of dollars in revenue.  Keep in mind, AQCI did not have a sales force, marketing, or distribution network.  NorthCal will do all of that for HIMR.
