Well James719, I would say that there is no better time than the present to buy, but that definitely comes with a "buyer beware" sign attached. Either way this goes, I am done with pennies after this one, as my risk tolerance has been tested to the max with this. The TRRC reports come out probably sometime around the 29th or so, they should be better than last month's which were better than the previous month's. If that trend continues, even without Belize, we should start to move up a bit, probably a good bit.

I am hoping you are sincere in your interest, as there have been several examples of people trying to "suck us in" only to turn basher on us.
