I concur with what Dan says. What thing I might add is " most believe " that the management has realized their previous mistakes and are attempting to turn their management style around. They have shifted management positions and have done an major over haul to the I R Dept. Unfortunately it appears to be a one man operation now and he has his work cut out for him. He ( Sean ) does his best to keep us updated, though even now at times it still seems a bit slow. Once again " I believe he is doing the best he can under the circumstances".
