The bigger point is, if the regulatory agencies would take their job seriously and protect the small time investors from the predatory institutions that rape and pillage the market, the type of corrupt slime we associate with smb's would loose funding and disappear.  I am all for strengthening laws on internet slander and liable but I am afraid of  the unintended consequences if we are not careful.
