HOWEVER, IF each LIAR/LIBEL-MONGER was held personally accountable with JAIL TIME and MONETARY FINES for CRIMINAL FRAUD based on stock price manipulation through LIES & LIBEL (or SLANDER)...

then the loss of OPERATIVES would cripple such groups... and ONLY IDIOTS would put their personal finances and freedom outside of a jail cell at risk for the pay-per-post compensation many of them no doubt must be getting!
