I believe this process has already started as they stated back in oct. I think, they expected to do a cert. audit within 120 days but I think things ran behind hence the delay on news for awhile the beginning of this year. So I suspect that they have sent the registry in sometime the beginning of this year since are saying 3rd quarter is when they expect to up list.
