I would really hate to find out that he "orchestrated" the "release" of the K to "coincide" with the shareholder's meeting.......

This would mean that his promise that it would be out "on time", and then "as soon as it's been Edgarized".... would be "fabrications" of the truth (literally lies, hate to say that, but what else do you call it?), just so he could "delay" the numbers for a grand reveal at the meeting........

Why not just come out and say: The numbers will be released at the meeting, instead of all the drama? If it's a true coincidence, well, OK. But if this is a; grand scheme, I gotta think that as a CEO you lose some credibility points.
