You know, he could be standing there at the shareholder's meeting with K in hand.  All he has to do is fax it right then and there to 'the media' -- and he could discuss what is in it with the investors before him!  It basically would need to happen at the same time, or just prior to talking about it with investors.  I have seen some CEOs/CFOs cut it close like that.

I am not saying he would do that -- just saying it's a possibility.

I would not want to be the CEO/CFO at a shareholder's meeting and not be able to discuss the K.  What kind of party would that be??!!  What's a party without NUMBERS!  LOL
