I think a few things that are happening concurrently. One is obvious, PTIE is on the Nasdaq, ELTP is on the OTC. The second is that Elite burned a lot of investors when it almost went belly up and those folks (hedges, Goldman, Helo-type investors are not coming back). Third, Treppel for all of his "strengths" is kind of an a-hole and burnt a lot of bridges over the years. I can imagine there are some folks out there that would like to keep this down just to get back at him. I don't buy any of this Trellus or Winstar Morris stuff, those guys could care less, they have funny money. It will not be until they announce a major pharma partner that they will be able to get out of this hole.
