I still believe that we have had a partner for years now and that they were waiting on patent protection. In my opinion that partner is Actavis. The numbers I posted on ihub yesterday: $10,210,000 in 2012, $12,610,000 in 2011, $13,330,000 in 2010 and $25,819,268 in 2009...that is Pfizer's lobbying efforts. The opiate/pain market is big big money and nobody is going to sign on with Elite until they know the technology works and they have legal protection. I think that everyone knows that the technology works and the only piece left is having patent protection which they now have. If a partner is not announced once the second patent is signed sealed and delivered on 4/22 I will be concerned because it does not add up otherwise.
