And what's up with an NI 43-101 report on the Ruby? NBRI is NOT a Canadian company and does NOT trade on a Canadian exchange nor is the Ruby in Canada so an NI is not allowed by the SEC. Was it filed on Sedar?  NBRI looking for problems with the BCSC??
