Above SS updates, provided by Crowin, show evidence of the initial 143,500,000 issued to IronRidge Global's IV as First Round of Dilution to start paying of the $643,134.00 to settle RFMK accounts payable!
That is the First Tranche of the IronRidge/IV & RFMK financial agreement which was for a total of $2.2M.. so therefore my number don't even include the additional $57K added to the $643K for the "Total of the First Tranche" $700K.. so please Elite.. keep that "Fuzzy Math in Mind.. OK???
