Hey guys, this is what TDA told me via email. Are you sure that the DTC does not have a chill on this?

"The reason for this is the DTC currently has a 'Chill' status on this stock. This typically means they are not allowing deposits on the stock. This creates clearing issues for TDA, therefore we restrict trading on the stock. At this current time, you will not be able to purchase this stock with us. This restriction is for an indefinite amount of time. We can restrict trading in any security we feel necessary. This is almost always due to a restriction with the DTC, and not something that we self impose."
