After the first 5 patients at 350mg the DSMB will do a safety review, than the patients will be split between 350mg and 700mg. After the first 20 patients have done a full cycle there will be another safety review where the DMSB can recommend all further patients can be enrolled at a single dose. My bet is that the first 10 patients that were at 350mg will also be switched since there will be no safety problems at 700mg.
