I am sorry for your friend's loss.

A PD-L1 inhibitor should have at minimum helped extend her life. What the combination could have done further depends on how much damage the cancer had already done. Currently I have a friend whose dad has very late stage cancer and his doctor is only giving him palliative care until the end. I've told my friend that leronlimab may not save his life at this stage but should extend it. Unfortunately, my friend has went through 3 or 4 doctors trying to get an EIND without success,
