On the SEC filings page I see a letter from the SEC on 7/31 and a couple docs from Hoffman; were those there all along or were those recently uploaded?

With the notice of effectiveness in force I suppose my question is moot but I don't recall seeing them before. The wayback machine did not crawl the site after 25 July so I couldn't get a snapshot of what was there in recent weeks. Just seems odd but it could be I just missed them.
