#1 The SEC writes vague rules so they can interpret per case. It is not self dealing when you give up 100% of ownership privately for for 55.6% ownership publicly.
#2 Please explain where ANY Univec shareholder is "injured" upon a merger. I hope anyone reading your post can see thru that suggestion you made in your other post.
#3 You said, "I think a partnership is more feasible". Are you kidding. We all know there is nothing currently inside Univec to partner with. Therefore, the "partnerships" he said in his last big post are obviously his partnerships he is putting together.
