"Execution risk: SNPW has a track record of announcing ambitious ventures but little evidence of large-scale, operational facilities."

Quote:
Yep that is true, but they also have a track record, of raising 6 million dollars to purchase all the equipment for a waste to energy plan as well as the credit rating to secure a commercial property for 10 year as well as having the ability to pay for all the legal fees, engineering fee and permit fees associated with that project while being insolvent.

"Regulatory scrutiny:
Simply re-labeling Chinese goods as U.S.-made without real domestic manufacturing would violate U.S. customs law and FTC “Made in USA” standards".

No one EVER CLAIMED their wouldn't be a real domestic manufacturing facility, Why make up stuff? Oh yeah for those that want to hurt their claimed own investment.

"Scale: For Chinese companies to truly “bypass” tariffs via SNPW, SNPW would need actual U.S. facilities and significant throughput — something not seen in their filings or press so far."

In filings SNPW had a contract in Elba AL, Press, SNPW had a site visit in South Carolina with several partners including one that would benefit if their product was made there.

"Your reply reflects a far-fetched narrative, but right now it looks more like speculative theory than a concrete, supported reality..."

Again you try to belittled the messenger by insult, when you can't count the FACT that the two companies cited that would benefit from their relation with SNPW, remain partners of SNPW even though afters years of non production from SNPW they remain not only partners of SNPW but one of it partners expanded it relationship with.

What makes it look like it lean toward concert more then speculation.

Explain to the class if SNPW brings nothing to offer long term why has FoxEss A SUBSIDIARY OF A FORTUNE 500 COMPANY maintain their partnership after years of non production from that partnership.?

Why would a company which is part of the top 250 richest company waste their time with an insolvent since inception micro company ) an even list it for a while as a global partner on their office website) i they didn't think that micro company had value it could exploit.

Explain to the class if SNPW brings nothing to offer long term why has Sun Group trust SNPW to be their distributor in Australia after SNPW produced nothing for them in the US,.

Why would they even bother to remain partners other then they having something major planed down the road?
