Execution risk: SNPW has a track record of announcing ambitious ventures but little evidence of large-scale, operational facilities.

Regulatory scrutiny: Simply re-labeling Chinese goods as U.S.-made without real domestic manufacturing would violate U.S. customs law and FTC “Made in USA” standards.

Scale: For Chinese companies to truly “bypass” tariffs via SNPW, SNPW would need actual U.S. facilities and significant throughput — something not seen in their filings or press so far.
