Myself personally. I know all want an up-list, but OTCQB is the logical way, it wouldn't cost a tremendous amount of funds, compared to Nasdaq or Dream Exchange.
Mergers or a Acquisition could be easily implemented going with the OTCQB.
David isn't stupid, keeping track of his postings, you can see the pattern of how he promotes UNVC with OTC Markets.
Anything is possible, business wise OTCQB is my opinion.
