My take on Doc waiting years to uplist on the DE (vs. uplisting to Nasdaq years earlier):
DE:
Small and emerging companies, for underprivileged, integrity, fairness, black-owned, DEI, etc., -all concepts that Doc talks about constantly and believes in. By uplisting on DE at its beginning with a limited number of other companies, Doc will be a BIG FISH in a SMALL POND!
Nasdaq:
Normal uplist for small to medium companies, not special. UNVC listed among many very large and prominent companies on Nasdaq, less visible, less special, -Doc will be a SMALL FISH in a BIG POND.
DE:
