I agree with most of your post. However, I think the big fish/chickens are coming in the boat this quarter. There is too much money to be saved by installing the units.  The hesitancy of signing, I think, has been overcome by the fleet trials last summer/fall.  I think the only thing that stands in the way now is the bureaucracy of the companies. But when you can get payback of approximately 6-9 months and it is pure savings after that, to me it is a no brainer. Time will tell but I expect the first major deal this quarter.
