Any idea if CytoDyn followed through with their own FOIA request that they knew how and expressed interest in doing so to the FDA investigator? If they didn't then they continued running in the blind concerning this report you posted.
I don't recall anyone from CytoDyn, Sidley-Austin, NP's or KK's attorneys, etc ever mentioning anything related to this report. All I recall seeing were the embarrassing FDA internal emails. Nor do I recall any sanctions or fines against Amarex...did they have a sugar-daddy...or sugar-momma...on the inside of the FDA?
I can see why there was talk of a $100M settlement figure, then why the hell was there a settlement of only $14M cash and elimination of the $14M that Amarex claimed CytoDyn owed them. That's less than 25% of the target settlement that Blok kept saying !!!
So much more that needs to be known about this.
