I’ve been thinking about buying Beluga caviar for an upcoming celebration, but I’m not sure what’s a fair price to pay. Some websites list prices that are shockingly high, and I honestly don’t know if that’s just marketing or if the product really is that rare. I want to make sure I’m paying for true quality, not just a label. Can anyone explain what influences the price of Beluga caviar and what kind of cost per ounce or gram is considered standard?
