LL has many different ways working against cancer , and it is working many way on our immune system ,
but it is not blocking all the receptors.
Elevating PD-L1 and making cancer more sensitive to check point inhibitors is just one more , newly discovered way .
And as we know , nothing is to much for this very aggressive cancers .
According to the few patients with mcolon cancer they presenting now in Barcelona ,
Our overall survival was 15.8 months compare to 7.5 in SOC ,
this was without ICIs
But If we may add significantly to this 15.8 months in this very aggressive cancer , just by adding ICI , this is great , and let’s do it .
but it is not blocking all the receptors.
