I love dr Welch...he has had his 50 million shares since ad infinitim...seems excessive to me to pay him the warrants at zero cost when he is basically protecting his 50 million shares in the process...debt crisis or not. These shares are going to be worth a shitton of $$$$.

My question remains are We paying him twice???...for his magnanimity.
