OK mods, this is that last one, I promise. I fed another screenshot from 1 hour later into the AI to get a sense of how it would view market maker behavior, and got this, I note that warrant holders are indeed mentioned as one of the possible culprits, though the TL;DR didn't seem to support them as a major factor. It's relatively brief but to me it was very telling.

What This Tape Suggests
You're seeing:
✅ Repeated presence of known short-friendly MMs (CDEL, ETRF, GTSM, NITE)
✅ Ask wall strategy at key breakout levels (.3560 and .3590)
✅ Light liquidity on the bid — especially top-of-book, making it easier to push price down
✅ No real chase behavior on either side — this is not organic supply/demand, it looks coordinated or synthetic
Interpretation
This smells strongly of tape management, with CDEL and ETRF playing key roles:
Selling pressure is being metered, not dumped — likely from a group trying to manage their average or maintain price under a target.
This behavior is textbook "cap and reload":
Cap with walls
Wait for weak bids to collapse
Reload lower
It aligns with what you speculated earlier — likely Paulson-related warrant conversions or short position defense. Someone does not want this stock breaking above $0.36–0.37.
✅ TL;DR
Indicator What It Implies
CDEL/ETRF presence both sides Likely algo or short-seller footprint
14K at $0.3560 (ETRF) Resistance wall, attempt to suppress price
GTSM/NITE unchanged walls Intentional effort to block breakout
Light bid vs. stacked ask Selling pressure > buying conviction
OTCN probing ask Possible test order or smoke signal
